A. Height
Measure from top of head down to toes |

B. Weight
Measure your weight in kg |

C. Sex
Mark down either male or female |

D. Waist
Feel for the top of the Pelvic bone and measure around that. For meatier folks Go just above that to the fleshy part (where your Love Handles would be if you had them) and measure around the widest part, this is in line with your belly button on most people |

E. Hips
Measure around the widest part of the hips (this is wear your bum is biggest and should be bigger than your waist)

F. Neck to Crotch
Measure from the hollow of your neck (feel for the top of your sternum, just between the ends of your collar bone) to your crotch (Guys. this is right in the middle of your legs,just on the bottom of your Ball Sack! Girls, right in the middle of your ladies bits!). The tape should be just touching your crotch, not pressed hard against it!

1. Neck
Measure around the widest part of the neck (where the neck joins the shoulder)

2. Neck to Elbow
Measure from the point where your neck joins your shoulder to the tip of your elbow. (Elbow should be bent at 90 degrees to take the measurement)

3. Neck to wrist
Measure from the point where your neck joins your shoulder, to the tip of your elbow and then down to your wrist (Elbow should be bent at 90 degrees to take the measurement).

4. Biceps
Show 'em your guns. Measurement should be taken from a fully flexed Bicep, at the widest point.

|
5. Forearm
Flex your forearm by bringing it as close as possible to your upper arm. Measure around the widest part (see photograph).

6. Wrist
Measure around your wrist at the point where you can feel your wrist bone.
|

|
7. Chest
Lift arms to shoulder height, measure around the nipple line, and make your chest as big as possible. Ensure the tape stays level all the way around.

8. Back (Neck to waist)
Measure from the base of the neck, to your waist (see description and photo of waistline in D).

9. Armpit to waist
Measure from the middle of the bottom part of your armpit, to your waistline (see description and photo of waistline Measurement D)

10. Outside Leg (waist to ankle)
Measure from waistline (D) to your ankle, in line with your ankle bone.

11. Inseam (Crotch to ankle)
Measure from centre of crotch (see measurement E) to ankle, in line with ankle bone.

12. Upper Thigh (Flexed)
Raise your foot so your thigh is parallel with the ground. Measure around the widest part of your upper thigh.

13. Lower Thigh (Flexed)
Raise your foot so your thigh is parallel with the ground. Measure around your lower thigh at the widest point (Approx 6cm above the knee).

14. Calf (Flexed)
Lift your foot and point your toes down. Measure around the widest part of a fully flexed calf.

15. Ankle
Measure around your ankle bone.
