1. All orders MUST be paid in full before manufacturing will begin.

2. We will contact you via email once to confirm receipt of order and payment, and once with a final confirmation of your order details. The final confirmation email will mark the start date of your order. Please contact us if you have not heard back from us within 72 hours of placing your order as it means we have probably not received the order

3.Our Standard target manufacturing time is 4 weeks from the date your order is fully processed (see point 2). With Rush order (NZ$75), the manufacturing time is 2 weeks. With Super Rush order (NZ$130) the manufacturing time is 1 week. As this is custom manufacture, we cannot guarantee any manufacture times, however any rush order fees will be refunded in the event that your garment is not manufactured in the stated time.

4. All NZ orders will be sent by courier. International orders will have a choice of standard Air mail with insurance (3-10 days, NZ$1000 insurance, non-trackable) Economy Courier service* (3-6 days, Insurance NZ$1000, fully trackable) or Full Courier service (2-5 days, Insurance NZ$1000, Fully trackable). Deepseed do not guarantee any freight delivery time, nor are we liable for any loss or damge of your goods in Transit. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, we can only remake a suit once the freight company has approved any insursance claim.

5. All Deepseed products, with the exception of casual clothing, are priced exclusive of GST. Customers within New Zealand will be required to pay GST. Although Deepseed will not charge GST on exports, overseas customers are likely to have to incur some duties or local taxes which Deepseed are not liable for.

6. All Commercial orders will be required to pay a deposit of half the total order cost before manufacturing begins and the remaining half of the total order cost at completion of manufacturing.

7. All shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless a prior agreement is reached by Deepseed; all shipping costs are non refundable.

8. Deposits for all commercial orders and Gift Certificates are non refundable.

10. Any product that has been jumped or used in any way is non refundable.

11. All mis-measurements are fully the responsibility of the customer unless taken by a Deepseed staff member. Any alteration or repair that is needed as a direct result of a manufacturing error will be free of charge to the customer. This will be determined by Deepseed Staff. In the unlikely event that your suit does not fit, please follow the returns instructions supplied with your garment. We DO NOT offer a refund on any custom garment.

12. Once the order has been processed any changes requested by the customer will be charged a Design Change Fee of $35.00 NZ

13. We do not guarantee colour fastness on some material. To minimise risk of colour bleeding, please wash product as per care instructions given with the product

14. Any apparel that is specifically designed for Skydiving and is flown in a wind tunnel will void all warranties

15. Any special request, that is not a standard feature, will be charged our standard customisation fee of $50.00 NZ .The customer will also incur a material and labour charge calculated on the specific job. Deepseed reserve the right to refuse a request for a non-standard feature.

16. If a customer requests their own design, it should be a complete sketch including design, colour, exact measurements, fit, etc. The customer is responsible for including all specific details. The cost of development and manufacturing will depend on product complexity

17. If a customer hires us to design specific artwork or graphics, they will be charged for the designer’s time and production. The cost of development and manufacturing will depend on product complexity
